Enrollment

ENROLLMENT FEE:

This is a one time per year non-refundable fee. Sorry we cannot reduce this rate for late enrollees. (See Costs...)

*NOTE: The new date for enrollment will be March 1, 2005. Anyone who enrolls from March 1st through March 31st will receive 1/2 off their enrollment fee.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Payments are due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 10th of the month. If your payment is not paid by the 10th, there will be a late charge of 10% of the balance due and the director will contact you. If you miss one month’s payment, and two months are due, you will be contacted by our business manager. Your child will be released from the program on the 10th of the second month. If you are experiencing short-term financial problems or need other payment arrangements, please speak to the Director so that arrangements may be made.

CHILD CARE:

Child Care requires a set # of days commitment per month. You will be charged for each month’s commitment – but if your needs change, you may change your days the following month. You will need to notify the office no later than the 3rd week of the month prior to the needed change. If you are unable to notify the office and need an immediate change in your child’s schedule you will be charged for the current month and the new schedule.
