WELCOME TO TRINITY LUTHERAN SCHOOL!
Whether you are returning or brand new to us, we are glad you’re here. As the first issue of the new school year, this newsletter is full of information, so read on!
CHAPEL is held in the sanctuary on Wednesday mornings for 3 year olds and up. The 3’s, 4’s, and Kdg. go to chapel at 9:15 a.m., while 1st – 6th grade attend at 9:30. Parents are welcome to attend chapel with their children. In chapel, the children learn songs, give offerings, and hear the Word of God. Join us!
NOTE: TRINITY SCHOOL NEEDS SUBS! If you or
someone you know would be willing to be a substitute teacher in our school,
please contact the office. We pay for subs.

GOODSEARCH
Trinity Lutheran School and Child Care has
just been registered on GoodSearch, as seen in OPRAH Magazine, ABC News, The
New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Fortune.
GoodSearch is the search engine with a unique social mission. It's powered
by Yahoo, so you get the same great search results. They donate 50% of
advertising revenue (a penny/search) to the nonprofits and schools. You can
make a difference in our school, simply by changing the way you search the
Internet!!
Use it just like any search engine, and it's powered by Yahoo!, so you get
the same great results. Just go to
www.goodsearch.com and enter "Trinity Lutheran School & Child Care"
as the organization you want to support. Just 100 of us searching twice a
day will raise about $730 in a year without anyone spending a dime! On the
bottom of the GoodSearch homepage, you can click "Make GoodSearch your
homepage" so that it will automatically come up whenever you go to the
internet. Please spread the word!

8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Monday through Friday, August 1st through May 31st.
NOTE: The office is closed when school is not in session during the school year.
Students are not to arrive at school before 8:30 AM. If a student needs to arrive early due to parental work schedules the student should report to Before School Care. After-School Care is also available for those who need it. Teachers will supervise students waiting for their rides until 3:25 PM. After that they will be placed in the school’s After School Care program with the fees being charged.
Students may not leave school grounds during the day without parental and teacher permission. It is appreciated when parents notify teachers in advance when their child will be leaving during school hours. Parents must pick up their children from the office if they are to leave at any time other than the usual dismissal time.
