FEES AND TUITION

Trinity Lutheran School is supported by tuition, donations and some congregational support. Tuition is based on the minimal cost of operation. There are no refunds for missed days or scheduled holidays.

ENROLLMENT FEE: The enrollment fee is paid annually to cover the costs incurred for processing the child's records and completing enrollment and must be paid with the child's completed Enrollment Form. The enrollment fee cannot be refunded.

BOOK FEE: The book fee is paid annually to cover the costs of curriculum and classroom manipulatives. The book fee cannot be refunded. The book fee is due upon enrollment.

TUITION: Tuition partially pays the cost for the child's instruction costs. Patrons may pay the full tuition at the time of enrollment, by the semester (1/2 due at the time of enrollment, and again on January 1), or in ten (10) installments (due on the first of each month, August through May).

LATE FEE / RETURNED CHECK POLICY

Tuition is due the first (1st) of each month and becomes delinquent as of the tenth (10th). Tuition not paid by the 10th will be assessed a late charge of 10% of the total owed and the parent will be notified by the Director/Principal. If you miss one month’s payment, and two months are due, you will be contacted by our business manager. Tuition not paid according to arrangement will result in child being released from Trinity Lutheran School/Childcare and balance of account is due immediately. Balances not paid in a timely manner will be turned over to collections. If you are experiencing short-term financial problems or need other payment arrangements, please speak to one of the Directors so that arrangements may be made.

Checks returned to Trinity Lutheran School/Child Care for non-sufficient funds (NSF) must be picked up in the school office and payment made by either cash or money order. The patron is responsible for any charges experienced by Trinity Lutheran School/Child Care for returned checks.
